It was only last year Melbourne hosted the annual Australia and New Zealand Buddhist Youth Conference (ANZBYC) 2009. It had been a good and inspiring experience for all who attended it, even though the weather wasn't at its best. This year, ANZBYC flag is flying up north to Brisbane where there is plenty of warm sun. So, for those who missed the conference last year, this is your chance to know what ANZBYC is all about.

The 2010 International Buddha's Light Young Adult Conference will be held at Fo Guang Shan Temple in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, from August 1, 2010, to August 4, 2010, and check-in on July 31, 2010, for international participants. This year's conference will be hosted by the BLIA-YAD Chung-Hwa Regional Subdivisions. A magnificent assembly is to be expected. We encourage you to take part in the Conference! 2010 International Youth Seminar on Life Education |

If you are between the age of 18-35, there is a great chance for you to participate in the 2010 International Youth Seminar on Life Education which will be held at from August 6th to 19th, 2010. You do not need to be a Buddhist to participate in this event. There will be lots of fun and interesting activities during the seminar.
Activities:
- Topic Lectures: EQ Management, Save the Earth, Counseling.
- Life Experiences: Humanistic Living Chan, exploration of the mind, Buddhist etiquettes.
- Spiritual Festival: Chan and music, light offering and prayer ceremonies.
Please also note that registration for the seminar is FREE. Food and accommodation, education fees, and tour fees will be sponsored by the organizers throughout the duration of the seminar. Airfare fees are at applicant’s own expense. Only total of 1000 applications are taken. Please act quick. The registration date starts immediately and ends on 30th May 2010.
